Refund policy

Returns

You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers are eligible for a refund to WearKae Wallet only.

  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without a coupon) are eligible for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items.

    • The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed state.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit the Return/Exchange section on the WearKae website or use this link:
    (update later if you shift to your own domain)

  2. Enter your Order ID and Contact Number.

  3. Select the item(s) you want to return.

  4. Provide the required details:

    • Reason for return

    • Upload at least 2 images

    • Pickup address & preferred date

    • Select refund method

  5. Review and submit your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and quality check.

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance / Goodbye sale items (if mentioned on product page)

If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll offer:

  • The closest alternative, or

  • A refund/store credit


How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Go to: (replace later if needed)

  2. Enter your Order ID and Contact Number

  3. Select the item(s) for exchange

  4. Provide:

    • Exchange reason

    • Minimum 2 images

    • Pickup details

    • Preferred replacement (size/color)

  5. Review and confirm
