Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without a coupon) are eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items.
The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed state.

Enter your Order ID and Contact Number.
Select the item(s) you want to return.
Provide the required details:
Reason for return
Upload at least 2 images
Pickup address & preferred date
Select refund method
Review and submit your request.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and quality check.
Refund Modes:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Custom-made or personalized products
Clearance / Goodbye sale items (if mentioned on product page)
