How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 business days across India.

What are the shipping charges?

Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge across India

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available at an additional charge of ₹100.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier partner issues. 

What if my address is not serviceable?

Our team will contact you to arrange an alternate address or process a refund in such a case.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Log in to your account, select Return or Exchange, submit your request, and upload photos/videos (optional) for verification.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, we offer free pickup for all eligible returns.

How does the return process work?

Once your request is approved, a pickup will be arranged from your doorstep.

What if the pickup attempt fails?

We will re-attempt pickup up to 2–3 times. If it still fails, you may be required to self-ship the product.

How does the exchange process work?

Once we receive the product in its original condition, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

What are the conditions for returns or exchanges?

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with intact packaging.
