Damaged or Tampered Orders

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • In poor condition

Please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery partner.

You must raise a request with your Order ID through your account.
We will ensure a replacement is shipped at no additional cost.


Return Policy (14 Days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • You can raise a return request within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns must be initiated through your account dashboard

Steps:

  1. Log in using the same email used while placing the order

  2. Select Return / Exchange

  3. Submit your request

  4. Pickup will be arranged from your doorstep


Free Return Shipping

  • We provide free pickup for all eligible returns

  • Only one pickup attempt will be arranged

  • If pickup fails, you may be required to self-ship the product


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected

  • Timeline: 4–7 working days after receipt

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Important:

  • No restocking fee will be charged

  • Full refund will be processed if product meets return conditions


Exchange Policy (14 Days)

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Process:

  2. Select Exchange option

  3. Pickup will be arranged

Once received:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days


Price Difference Handling

If new product is higher value:

  • Pay the price difference during checkout

If new product is lower value:

  • Balance amount will be issued as store credit


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Product must not be damaged after delivery


Proof of Return

Please collect a receipt or confirmation from the delivery partner when handing over the product.

This is required in case of shipment issues.
